Decision time...
My Nokia 6110 Navigator just recently won't boot up. I got the white screen of death! I first notice the signs after I updated the software and firmware. My GPS stopped working as I could not do any search without any menus. Next thing I noticed is that I could edit any contacts. Not good at all and then finally it froze. Time for a new phone me thinks.
What should I get? An iphone or an Android...
What is the best capped planned should I get?
I don't usually spend that much on calls or text per month, roughly no more than $15/month.
Need help.

Rental House Decision
Thanks to all who gave valuable feedback. A decision has been made and we have decided to move to a house with a yard. Priceless looks on the kids faces as they ran around the back yard whilst viewing the house pretty made up our minds.
Short termed lease signed and getting the keys on the weekend. Now to pack and to move to the new abode. This leads onto another dilemma... what to do with our 2 bedroom unit?
Should we rent it out or should we sell it? What is the market doing?
There's a poll also created for this sticky situation as well down at the bottom of the page.

Rental House Hunt
The kids are growing up and they need room to play. Not to mention that we need room to store their toys! Also time to think about what school to send the eldest and that we need to be in the area.
The question posed, should we rent a 2 bed house with a yard or stay put in our 2 bed unit? The rental house is $470 per week and by judging the going rental rates for units similar to ours, we should get at least $470 rent in return.
I guess the benefits of renting a house with a yard is that the kids will have some room to play and burn up energy. Not much of that happening on a small balcony in a unit that's for sure. Plus, there's a nice large garage and shed out at the back with heaps of grass. The two bedrooms are quite large, kitchen is on the small side but less to clean. The school near by seems to be very good to boot.
The benefits of staying put is that it will be a less of a financial burden plus already close by a good school as well. The down side I guess would be still stuck in a unit without any room for the kids to play.
Your comments would be great. Please also add to the poll at the bottom of the page.

Motorbike License Result
The decision for a motor bike license or another car is... "On hold". This will be revisited in the next few months. I suspect it may lean towards another car for practicality reasons.

Motorbike License
Should I or shouldn't I...
I'm quite an active person and enjoy the outdoors immensely. At the moment, I am particularly into paddling on my surf ski or either riding my road bike or mountain bike.
Here lies the issue. With a young family of two kids under 5 and a very understanding wife, we have only one vehicle. This makes it hard should I ever need to take the car to training or going to an event. It is basically the only means of transport to lug the gear around in. Fortunately, I have good mates that has helped out with lifts etc.
I am throwing up the idea of either getting a used car/ute that I can cart my gear around in for under $5k or getting a motorbike license in the view of getting a used motorbike for also under $5k.
So what do you think? I like to hear your views on both or what other suggestions that you might have.
